My Story
Robert Crowder Jr, hailing from Dayton, Ohio, embarked on a tech journey at a tender age, immersing himself in computer camps at just 9 years old. His insatiable curiosity led him to initiate his associates degree in Computer Information Systems at Sinclair Community College by the age of 14, signaling the onset of an extraordinary academic and entrepreneurial journey.
In 2011, Robert took a bold step and founded Redworc Technologies, a dynamic Managed Service Provider company that quickly garnered success in the tech industry. Never one to shy away from new challenges, he expanded his ventures by establishing a law firm and trust in 2015, showcasing his diverse skill set and adaptability. However, it was a pivotal moment in his legal journey that truly defined his commitment to justice. When faced with coercion to become a confidential informant, Robert staunchly defended his principles, refusing to compromise his integrity. This experience ignited his passion for advocacy, leading him to contribute to approximately 130 criminal defense cases, demonstrating his versatility across various legal domains including real estate and tax law. As a Rule 49 (c) DC bar attorney, Robert sets his sights on broadening his legal footprint through reciprocity agreements, targeting key states such as Ohio, Georgia, and Florida. His specialization in immigration law, particularly EB Visas, reflects his dedication to facilitating international mobility and fostering global connections.
Central to Robert's success is his unwavering commitment to knowledge acquisition, encapsulated in his mantra, "knowledge over everything." This ethos has not only propelled his professional achievements but has also earned him recognition, with nominations at prestigious events such as the Internet 2.0 conference in Las Vegas and the Entrepreneur Award and Conference in New York. Beyond his legal pursuits, Robert actively engages with professional organizations such as the American Bar Association, where he serves as a point of contact for the Civil Rights Section and contributes to the American Bar Association Division and Inclusion Public Speakers and Author's Directory. His diverse skill set extends beyond the legal realm, encompassing certifications such as the EPA Class III Wastewater and Water Operator, highlighting his commitment to environmental stewardship. Recently appointed as Sri Lanka's honorary consul officer, Robert Crowder Jr exemplifies excellence and versatility in his multifaceted roles as an international attorney, United States attorney, and information technology support specialist. His journey underscores the intersection of law, technology, and diplomacy, shaping him into a dynamic and influential figure in today's interconnected world.
